Fresh orange zest and California extra virgin olive oil are a potent combination. We use organic flours and European style butter, and bake in a measure of Cointreau to complete the taste. In 7" cakes or 3” petit gâteaux. Shipped fresh to you with intention.

Flourless Chocolate Soufflé Cake

This flourless cake starts out as a tall perfect chocolate soufflé, which we then compress under heavy weights into a highly concentrated tart with a truly explosive chocolate flavor. Contains over 12 ounces of the best Belgian chocolate. Choice of either a 7 " cake or two 4” tarts.

Galette du Roi
The Cake of Kings is a French tradition for the start of the Christian calendar but is a superb choice all year round and takes the humble almond croissant into a whole new realm. Rich butter pastry and thick almond filling made only of almond flour, sugar, eggs, rum and vanilla. Our 8” cake serves between 8 and 10.
